Explanation of Features
Per Student License Fee - Cost for each individual student license
in the plan.
Setup Fee - Initial account activation fee. This is a one-time fee as
long as account is active.
Total Fees - Total Student License Fee (per student license fee times number
of students) plus Setup Fee. This would not include other customized features,
add-ons or additional students.
Additional Seat Minimums - Indicates the minimum number of students that
must be licensed in order to add extra seats to the initial Service Plan student
total.
Available Uploading Storage - Indicates the amount of disk space that
is available to upload own materials. More space can be added for a fee.
Archiving Student Files - Indicates whether the feature allowing
database retention of deleted student files is included in the Service Plan
or requires an extra fee.
Account Holder Graphics - Indicates whether the feature allowing
account holders to include their own graphic banners on menus is included in
the Service Plan or requires an extra fee.
Archiving Non-Active Course - Indicates the period of time a
non-active WebCourse will be retained within the WebCourse database following
the end of the Service Plan. There is no Reactivation Fee if a Service Plan
is restarted during this period.
Customer URL for Login - Indicates whether the feature allowing
account holder's to direct learners to a uniquely named URL such as
www.WebCourse.com/YourCompanyName, is included in the Service Plan or
requires an extra fee.
Training - Indicates the type of training that is available to account
holders. Generally, limited training indicates tutorials, email assistance,
and/or phone assistance. Full training indicates onsite training is
available.
Support - Indicates the level of support that WebCourse provides to
account holders. The range is from limited (same day email or phone) to
full (24/7 phone).
All pricing in US dollars. Pricing is subject to change
without notice. The time period for seats begins when the account is opened.
The time period for additional seats begins when the additional seats are
purchased.
